The Senate will have to ratify any international climate agreement that comes out of December's U-N Conference. But even though Copenhagen is still three-months away, the preliminary meetings are about to begin. The major economies forum begins this week in Washington... U-N Secretary General Ban Ki Moon's climate change conference convenes in New York next week...as does The G-20 in Pittsburgh. Discussing the outlook for the road to an international climate agreement today, both Senator John Kerry and former Senator Tim Wirth.
