Clean Skies News catches up with Attorney Darrick Eugene at the Platts Carbon Capture and Sequestration Conference in Houston, Texas. Mr. Eugene joined Vinson and Elkins in 2004 and is in the Austin office of the firm's Public Policy Section. He has experience representing clients in public finance, economic development, public policy and environmental law.
