Michael Zammit Cutajar

Michael Zammit Cutajar has participated in international dialogue on climate change and the carbon market. His group was responsible for drafting a new treaty text and for tracking changes made by the UNFCCC parties throughout negotiations. Before his role with the UNFCCC, he helped launch the World Bank’s Community Development Carbon Fund, which promotes investment in emission-saving development projects in developing countries.
