As Director of Climate Policy for the European Union, Artur Runge-Metzger serves as the EU’s lead climate negotiator. He joined the European Commission in 1993, starting his career in the EC Delegation in Zimbabwe. He will serve as the EU’s main climate negotiator for the upcoming talks.
