The video seems to take a long time to start.
CleanSkies.com offers HD-quality video, intended for users with a broadband connection to the Internet. If you are using an older modem (56kbps), you may experience long loading times for CleanSkies.com and other broadband-enabled websites. If you do not have a broadband connection available, you can see a text-only listing of Clean Skies headlines at feed://www.cleanskies.com/rss.xml
I see a message saying I need "Adobe Flash."

I see a message saying I need to turn JavaScript on.
In order to use the CleanSkies.com website, you will need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser. To do so, please follow the instructions below:
Internet Explorer (6.0+)
1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Internet Options'
3. Click on the 'Security' tab
4. Click on 'Custom Level'
5. Scroll down until you see section labled 'Scripting'
6. Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click OK
Mozilla Firefox (1.5+)
1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Options'
3. Choose 'Content' from the top navigation
4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK
Apple Safari (1.0+)
1. Select 'Safari' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Preferences'
3. Choose 'Security'
4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'
The video has no audio.
To adjust video volume on CleanSkies.com, move your mouse cursor over the video itself and click on the volume control. You can also click the volume icon to mute / unmute the audio. If this method does not solve your problem, you may need to adjust your system volume (instructions: Windows, MacOS). If you still cannot hear audio, check your external speakers, which may have their own volume control. How do I adjust the video's volume?

I'm having trouble creating an account.
Creating a free account on Cleanskies.com is easy. Go to the registration page and enter your desired username and email address. We'll send you a confirmation email with a password you can change. If you already have an account, go to the Sign in page and enter your username and password to sign in.
I forgot my password.
Go to the Request new password page and enter your username or e-mail address. We'll send you a new password to the e-mail address associated with the account.

If you've forgotten your username, you can go to the "Request new password" page and enter your e-mail address. We'll send you a username reminder and new password to the e-mail address associated with the account.
My email address has changed.
To change the email address associated with your account, sign in and click on the "edit" tab shown above your username. On this page, you'll be able to change your email address and password. When finished, click the "SAVE" button to save your changes.
LEAVING COMMENTS
I'm having trouble leaving a comment on a video, story or document.
You must have a free CleanSkies.com account and be signed-in to leave a comment. To get a free account, go to the [ registration page ] and enter your desired username and email address. We'll send you a confirmation email with a password you can change. If you already have an account, go to the "Sign in" page and enter your username and password to sign in. Once you're signed in, scroll down below the related videos and enter your comment in the box below the words "Post New Comment." Once you're finished, click the "SAVE" button to submit your comment.
